Project - Bond Street, Nuneaton

An existing maintenance client needed the final landscaping completing for a commercial to HMO property they were renovating in Nuneaton.

We began by clearing a large overgrown portion at the back of the property which needed shaping, the tree crowns lifting to allow for more height and removing unwanted self seeded trees and shrubs. Before then turfing the 210 square meter lawn and reinstating the planted borders with timber edging.

This particular property will be managed by our maintenance team going forwards, along with the clients other properties, with the grass being maintained fortnightly from March to October.
