Project - Sunbeam Way, Coventry

Our maintenance team carried out a 12-month contract in 2025 for a commercial client on their head office and training centre in Coventry.

Split between two sites, the contract consisted of clearing large areas of overgrowth that had been left for a few years and bringing them back to a maintainable standard, cutting formal lawns, spraying and clearing car parks and footpaths, hedge cutting and improving the planting in high traffic areas on key parts of the site.

Separately, we also fulfilled an order of ten square picnic benches to replace their existing ones, which had rotten and couldn’t be repaired, which were used across both sites for staff seating outside.
